• Develop and implement a data governance strategy and model that aligns with BBD objectives

• Develop and implement a data management maturity assessment model DMMAM based on DAMA best practices
• Develop Data Governance tool feature requirements and decision matrix
• Run POC for two data governance tools (Microsoft Purview and IBM Cloud Pak of Data CP4D)
• Oversee the selection, deployment, maintenance and management of the Data Governance tool: IBM Cloud Pak for Data CP4D
• Oversee the connection of different data sources to CP4D to perform scan for data discovery, catalogue, classification, and lineage
• Collaborate with data owners and data stewards to align MDM initiatives with business goals and priorities
• Assist in defining the enterprise data strategy and its implementation
• Prepare the budget and manage expenses for the data governance team
• Lead meetings with diverse audiences (from employees to executives)
• Socialize Master Data, Data Stewardship and Data Governance concepts for different stakeholders
• Collaborate closely with the Security team and the Data Privacy Officer DPO to protect the enterprise data assets and maintain compliance with evolving regulations
• Lead a data retention project in collaboration with the DPO to ensure the organizations data is managed and retained according to legal and business requirements
• Set team and individual objectives, monitor progress, and conduct performance reviews for team members

Missions:
• Document current Master Data processes for Customer, Contact and Aircraft
• Identify authoring and consumer systems for Customer, Contact and Aircraft data
• Participate in the documentation of data dictionaries for Salesforce, SAP, Maximo and Infosphere
• Socialize Master Data, Data Stewardship and Data Governance concepts for different stakeholders
• Collaborate with BIS and an external partner to run Data Management Maturity Assessment
• Collect the functional and business requirements for the Aftermarket department for the future MDM tool

Missions:
• Participate in the Enterprise Architecture EA tool evaluation
• Socialize Master Data, Data Stewardship and Data Governance concepts for different stakeholders
• Collaborate with DPO in the GDPR compliance project
• Document personal data collection and retention processes
• Create GDPR compliance checklist
• Map customer data for GDPR compliance purposes

Missions:
• Document current customer master data creation and maintain processes at the group level
• Locate and define new process improvement opportunities

• Lead and manage remotely and onsite 3 Data Steward teams of 8 members based in Tunis, Shanghai and Mexico and the central MDM support team (2 members onsite) and the Data Quality Team (1 member onsite)

Duties:
Perform 2nd-level end- user support
Receiving incidents from 1st-level-support (Helpdesk)
Document solutions/results about incidents/demands in the (global) ticket
management system
Remote and on-site support
Identification and escalation of problems in the related sites
Active participation to the rollout-phase of the sites in the region
Participation in the gap-analysis from the beginning of the project
Participation in all test phases of the application
Participation in the deployment phase: Communication to users/key users
Coordination and performing of end-user trainings
Participation of adjustments of training documentation to site specifics
Planning and execution of training sessions
Actively promote better utilization of applications and document user
procedures

Accountable for monitoring the quality and accuracy of the Data
Stewardship team in accordance with the group controls
Ensure the data creation into ERP Systems (SAP, Oracle, XPPS, Syspro...)
is accurate and timely
Ensure clear standards and quality measures are in place and adhered to
Track all team activity and prepare KPI
Provide training and prepare E-Learning materials for MDM End Users
Monitor the MDM Level 2 Support activity
Provide regular feedback to the Master Data Manager

Missions:
• Deliver pre and post Go-live support for MDM implementation (for around 1000 user)
• Participate in the deployment phase: Communication to users/data owners, create and maintain training materials
• Manage users accesses
• Provided face-to-face and online training for more than 250 MDM user from various departments (Finance, Purchasing, Controlling, etc. based in 33 countries
• Troubleshoot application errors, data discrepancies and queries.
• Manage issues escalated by MDM users via STRATOS (the group ticketing system)
• Act as a point of contact between data management project, data management team, data owners and other stakeholders
• Work with internal development team on bug fixes/enhancements of MDM tool
• Collect, analyze and define the internal clients/ Business/ Data Owners requests
• Write functional specifications and communicate them to the technical team for development
• Prepare and execute test campaigns (UAT, Unit Test, Regression Test, Integration Test) for MDM tool and share the test report with the management and the technical team
• Address the root cause of data inconsistencies and recommend improvements

Duties:
• Creation and maintenance of suppliers in different ERP
systems: SAP, ORACLE, MFG-PRO (QAD), AS400 (MVS, XPPS, BPCS,
CIMAINT and MAC-PAC), NAVISION and SYSPRO.
• Continuous Data Quality management.
• Support of Productions, Purchasing, Sales and Accounting shared
services on situations related to Master Data.
• Master Data setup in SAP and other ERP systems
• Perform maintenance to existing Master Data records as
necessary. Work closely with stakeholders to obtain information to
ensure data accuracy.
• Use KPI’s and Visual Management to insure a good Data Quality and
to keep a good team performance

Missions:
• Manage Intermediate Document (IDOC) within the SAP system
• Create, maintain, block and unblock Vendor and Customer Master Data as per group standards and defined service level agreements (SLAs) in different ERP systems (SAP, JDE, ORACLE, MFG-PRO (QAD), AS400, NAVISION and SYSPRO)
• Validate completeness of data requests (workflows), ensuring all required data fields are provided and attributes are consistent
• Clean duplicate and wrong Master Data records
• Support of Productions, Purchasing, Sales and Accounting shared services on Master Data matters
