Manage and oversee the daily operations and the accounting section.
Managing the full suite action of stocks & bonds (buy, sell, coupons, transfer, Subscriptions, and sequritization).
Process month and end year process, accounts payable/receivable, cash receipts, general ledger, budgeting, cash forecasting, revenue and expenditure variance analysis, trust account statement reconciliations, check runs, debt activity, etc.
Monitor and analyses accounting data and produce financial reports and statements.
Establish and enforce proper accounting methods, policies, and principles.
Identify opportunities in the market to generate strong revenue and profitability.
Support in the execution of strategies.
Coordinate and complete annual audits
Provide recommendations.
Improve systems and procedures and initiate corrective actions.
Assign projects and direct staff to ensure compliance and accuracy.
Meet financial accounting objectives.
Internal auditor IN CUSTODY DEP.
Settlements of all transactions for the cash accounts’ customers
Handling all clients related to the Margin lending.
Undertake all transactions related to the central depository system including :( daily orders; shares deposits; shares transfer; etc.)
Handling all clients related to the contract.
Settlements all DVP transaction .
