• Responsible for the maintenance and repair of all vehicles and equipment assigned to departments and divisions.
• Implement and monitor a preventative maintenance program to assure cost effective maintenance and a scheduled maintenance program to provide maintenance by manufacturers specifications.
• Maintain a complete inventory system through recording of all expenditures and income of each vehicle, maintenance equipment, fuel, repair parts, supplies, etc.
• Analyze vehicle and equipment utilization and evaluation of equipment specifications.
• Implement and maintain a mechanic training and certification program to provide needed technical skills for mechanics in repair of automobiles and heavy equipment.
• Enforce safety practices and procedures and ensure employees receive appropriate safety training.
• Keep maintenance and repair records; perform preventive maintenance on all departmental vehicles; and order repair parts.
• Check all repair work performed in shop for completeness. This includes physical inspections and road tests before vehicle is turned back to user departments.
• Monitor outsourced maintenance operations if any
• Searching for new clients who could benefit from our products in a designated region.
• Travelling to visit potential clients.
• Establishing new, and maintaining existing, relationships with customers.
• Managing and interpreting customer requirements.
• Persuading clients that the product will best satisfy their needs.
• Calculating client quotations.
• Negotiating tender and contract terms.
• Offering after-sales support services.
• Analyzing costs and sales.
• Preparing reports for head office.
• Meeting regular sales targets.
• Recording and maintaining client contact data.
• Providing pre-sales technical assistance and product education.
• Liaising with other members of the sales team and other technical experts.
• Solving client problems.
Duties:
Follow up all vehicles maintenance plan and schedule. Regularly audit done work and provided customer service.
Manage spare parts purchasing process.
Negotiate service agreements to ensure cost efficiencies.
Manage existing partners’ needs and requests.
Study new opportunities in the market for business development plans. Up-selling products and services and taking care of any customer concerns or complaints quickly and professionally.
Manage and supervise all employees including technicians and advisors in the service center. Monitor issues and define patterns to avoid recurring issues.
Running the required analysis and preparing management reports as required.
Ensure the maintenance records are correct and up-to-date.
Handle hiring processes and interviews.
Follow and transfer all industry updates to co-workers.
Duties:
Manage workshop working capacity and productivity.
Provide the best possible quality of service within allocated timeline.
Handle customer complains if any to retain customers and keep good reputation/Image.
Maintain and develop customer relations to achieve customer satisfaction.
Bring new customers in and spare parts providers.
Maintain and facilitate proper communication between all departments.
Organize workflow as per internal processes and procedures.
Responsible of all working materials.
Responsible for the workshop's parts supply.
Responsible for team performance and objectives.
Duties and experience:
Worked on Actros trucks and Mercedes 600 Buses.
Built good experience in “Star” diagnostic tool.
Manage efficient workflow within the workshop.
Supervise technicians to reach maximum efficiency, productivity and utilization.
Monitor and approve business records and job orders.
Follow up the availability of the spare parts.
Focus on Customers’ needs to ensure satisfaction.
Handle Customer’s complains and provide immediate corrective actions when needed.
Graduation project: Electric Ignition System, Achieved Grade: Very good (B+).
