Job Desciption:
 Lead & manage a number of product managers in all marketing issues, as well as manage some products by myself.
 Creating & Updating Product Monograph.
 Training field force (Medical, Product & competitors knowledge) & participate in Selling Skills training & developing their knowledge & skills regularly.
 Developing & updating annual marketing plans & forecast.
 Preparing the suitable & ideal marketing tools, brochures & giveaways within the allowed budget.
 Collecting marketing information, including competitive benchmarks, trends and opportunities and customer expectations.
 Analyze IMS data (IQVIA data) & sales data regularly & update the marketing plan, message & priorties accordingly.
 Creating/updating product message & detailing priorties for each specialty.
 Follow the implementation of marketing plan & the delivery of the product message to customers by single & double visits in the field.
 Acting as a liaison between sales, manufacturing, research and development (R & D) departments.
 Controlling the budget and achieving sales goals.
 Working with advertising agencies, printing houses & suppliers to implement promotional strategies.
 Manage social media promotion & e-marketing (WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram & online meetings & webinars.
 Participating in conferences/congresses (Local, Regional, and International) as well as organizing standalone symposia (Local & Overseas).
 Performing product presentations in hospital/group meetings in universities, educational, public, private, and ministry of health hospitals.
 Recommending line extensions.
 Identifying new-products opportunities.
 Recommending product changes, enhancements, introductions & cancellations.
