•Getting Customers issues and working with the concern people to sort it out.
•Sales Executive for variety of networking and security products such as Juniper, Extreme, Kaspersky, Laser bit, Secure Computing, Mitel, Avaya.
•Getting customer’s inquiries, Request for Quotations and insure that it got replied on the same day.
•Processing Purchase orders and follow up with the Logistics team on the delivery.
•Support resellers to close deals by meeting the end users and clarify/answer their questions/inquiry

•Provide technical support to all Internet Services provided by ETISALAT Such as: Web hosting, domain name Registration, Email configuration, Online Learning, web security, etc.
•Support the installation and configurations of Modems/Routers of the different Internet Connections provided by ETISALAT, which are, Dial-up Connection, ISDN lines And ADSL lines (DSL, Cable, and Wireless).
•Troubleshoot the following Modems/Routers' models: Lucent cell pipe Modem/Router, Aztec Modem/Router, Web star Modem, Speed stream Modem, LINKSYS DSL/Cable Wireless gateway.
