During this period i was promoted to a Supervisor, followed by Senior Supervisor and finally to an Expert .
In this period carrier was shifted from the technical side to the managerial side . I was responsible for for the Network maintenance of Alex Region & North coast .
I was managing a team from 15 Engineers & Technicians .
Managing and supervising all Network Field Maintenance activities performed by Vodafone’s NFM team (covering Alexandria & North Coast of Egypt) to achieve the goals and targets of the NFM section (Minimizing travel times of the NFM engineers, minimizing time required to rectify faults of the GSM & 3G network “accordingly reduce time To Restore MTTR). In addition, to achieve high standard network availability using the available tools effectively and economically.
Working as Network Field Maintenance Engineer .
My job was to maintain our Network sites through corrective maintenance or preventive maintenance.
