Answer any reservation inquiry in the prescribed manner under approved company
policy.
Distribute and assign a specific work in the department to bring together their
contributions.

Assist in training of existing, new reservation agents and casual training; assure all
agents understand the daily tasks and
procedures.
Follow up and communicate interdepartmental information as well as handing over
shift changes to ensure smooth processing of
Guest reservation and Guest satisfaction.
