Conduct daily Toolbox Talks (TBT) for workers before commencement of activities.
Carry out Daily Safety Task Instruction (DSTI) for all ongoing site operations.
Conduct and prepare Risk Assessments for work activities and hazardous tasks.
Perform daily inspection and checklist verification for:
Site equipment, Heavy machinery, Tools and vehicles, Safety devices and PPE.
Monitor work activities to ensure compliance with:
HSE regulations, Company safety procedures, Safe work practices
Investigate all accidents, incidents, and near misses occurring on site.
Prepare and submit:
Accident investigation reports, Incident reports, Corrective and preventive action reports.
Conduct routine site safety inspections and identify unsafe acts or conditions.
Ensure workers use proper Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) at all times.
Report safety observations and recommendations to supervisors and management.
Maintain and update daily office/site documentation, including:
Daily safety reports, Inspection records, Attendance records for TBT/DSTI, Equipment checklist reports.
Support emergency response activities and ensure safety readiness on site.
Promote safety awareness and encourage a positive safety culture among workers.
Follow up on corrective actions to ensure identified hazards are properly resolved.

Induction of new personnel and visitors to the site.
Promote safety awareness and enlightenment campaigns on site to build a sustainable HSE culture
prepares and submits weekly HSE report to the client
Ensure work progress without impacting the environment negatively
Ensure contractor personnel and any other personnel are site-inducted, to be aware of site hazards and control measures.
Ensure all the workers comply with company safety rules and regulations.
Ensure compliance of personal protective equipment at work.
