•Managing the Technician training for all energy sector companies in Qatar.
•Implementation and monitoring of new Technician program (Competency based) for Qatar petroleum and its subsidiaries companies in Qatar under CNAQ certification.
•Review of Competency based program time to time.
•Review of offsite learning resources time to time.
•Experience in LMS.

Role:
•To Train Graduate Engineers, Operators and

Desalination: 4x500 + 600 m3/h, Potable water, DM plant, Cooling Towers, Plant air and Instrument air system, Nitrogen Cryogenic Generation Unit & Storage Facility, Spent Caustic treatment system & storage.
•Refinery Effluent Treatment Water Plant: 3 x 500 m3/hr & Storm Water Network.
•Various hydrocarbon metering skids commissioned & looking the safety of the skid.
•Active participation of Du pont Material Movement subcommittee meeting & prepared the SOP’s on Material Movement.
•) Review of existing SOP’s & modified as per DU PONT safety standards.
•Active participation of RESOP(Reliance safety Observation Process)
•Also implemented schemes - ‘Dronacharya’ Mentoring & Management of Change- Personnel (MRC).
•Conducting class room training to sub-ordinates regarding Safety, Health and Environment, conducting
•Plant Trip Drill, ‘Task Tests’ for new recruiters on panel operations, field operations

• 1520 MTPD state of art MW Kellogg mixed feed & fuel ammonia plant supplied by TEC, Japan.
• Monitoring of plant performance, plant data evaluation & study critical parameters; monitoring of catalyst performance
• Handling trouble shooting; Start-up/ Shut-down activities; Plant annual turnarounds (ATR) includes Loading/Unloading of Reformer catalyst.
•Utility:
•GE, USA frame V Gas turbine Generators (2 x 20 MW) with Mark IV speed control system
•Thermax make High pressure Auxiliary Boilers (2 x 80 TPH), DM water and cooling water system.
• Nitrogen Plant; Instrument air & Process air system
• Naphtha Bulk Storage & Ammonia storage.
