ANDRESPONSIBILITIES
➢ Invoice raising and follow-up for the payment
➢ Inventory updation, stock reconciliation
➢ Handling current dated cheques and preparing deposit slips.
➢ Handling postdated cheques and preparing reports for manager review.
➢ Cash and bank payments and ensure the collection and correct bank debits.
➢ Daily expense & income booking
➢ Generating purchase order & cross-checking delivery notes.
➢ Preparing purchase & sales invoices
➢ Bank reconciliation and bring notice to the manager for unknown debits accounting
➢ Prepares payments by verifying documentation, and invoice generation
➢ Accounting monthly expense and submitting reports for management review
➢ Maintain account documents properly in order to help smooth auditing in future.
