-Handled the Fast Track Design Development Operation of 6 VVIP Suites including the central area in Tower D in Sidra Medicine.
-Renovation of current status of the floor to upgrade it to VVIP patient service.
-Managing and Execution of detailed architectural and interior shop drawings.
-Design Development Presentation of FF&E, Architectural Finishes. In charge of managing the materials and equipment's selection with direct communication with Senior and Head of Interior designing in SIDRA Medicine Hospital.
-Coordination and monitoring meetings with the client, consultant and contractor to manage the project progress and Time Management Schedule of required deliverables.
-Preparation of full Tender Submission.
