i was QHSE Officer at the following camps.

Lukoil camp, Al Majal business camp and field Energy park, Gaprom and Petronas.

i would handle PTWs for construction and maintenance, Dafc services, stores management, housekeeping, Office management.

i would ensure that all staff are aware of the hazards associated with their respective jobs and that sufficient PPEs are worn to minimise the hazards prior to commencement of work, thus, the Tool Box Talk (TBT).

i would take up all staff QHSE, Camp and according to their specific SOP trainings and ducument all on the respective departmental staff training matrix.

Catercraft Private Limited Robert Mugabe International Airport (Harare International Airport) PERIOD: March 2011 to August 2021POSITION HELD: Quality Assurance Quality Controller for National Airport Job Responsibilities: Provided the catering service for all international and local airlines i.e. British Airlines, Emirates, Ethiopian Airlines, South African Airlines, ComAir, RwandAir, Air Botswana, Kenya Airlines, Air Zimbabwe, FastJet and VVIP flights. Receiving and checking the quality of all raw materials and semi-processed commodities to be used in the Up-lift catering facility and restaurants i.e. expiry dates and checking of equality points on all food and beverages. Quality and Safety Inspection of the facility.Daily QAQC checks on HACCP paper work.Food temperature checks as per HACCP and Food safety airlines requirements.Coordinate Fire drills ensuring compliance to Airport HSE requirements.Fire extinguisher checks within the Catering and Hotel facilities within the airport.Food safety & Health safety staff trainings as per training plan.Risk assessment of the Catering operations ensuring employees are working in a safe environmentAssessing the food storage, issuing procedures of all food and beverages including all raw materials to be used in the Up-lift Catering facility. Ensuring that the international Standard Operational Procedures of food handling, personal and Operational hygiene, Quality and Safety (HACCP) are observed before, during and after food production. Collecting swabs and food samples for Lab analysis. Checking if food is being prepared as per agreed food specifications with the Airline, for both in-flight and lounge services. Recording and reporting NCR discrepancy reports on deliveries.Final approval of on-line inspection of prepared in-flight meals. Creation of Airline cyclic menus, thus from Bakery section, Larder section, vegetables section including Aircraft bars and cellar. Ensuring that the quality stickers are placed on every meal component before the trolley layup section. Ensuring that kitchen and loading time are met in respect to every airline as scheduled on the Airline movement sheet. Ensuring that the catering and airline equipment is thoroughly cleaned (detergent and rinser) and air-dried. Formulation and implementation of pre-requisite programmes egg Glove policy.Following up on client complaints and supporting operations on corrective actions implementation.Waste management control as per local government.Checking on cleaning chemicals and MSDS.PPE checks on all employees for safety comply.Coordinate all activities to facilitate smooth operations. Organizing and participating special events and holidays for the VIPs guest as requested at the Airport. Covid-19 Prevention Programmes Supervise the monitoring of disinfection, sterilization, and sanitization over 30 chefs and 30 food handlers ensuring personal and environmental hygiene whilst following the WHO guidelines and the Standard Association of Zimbabwe (SAZ).
