As part of the Systems Engineering team responsible for Process Operating manuals of the plant. Check and development of the Operating Manuals as per Linde standards, including PFD, P&ID and Process Description check. Some of the key Process Units are: Butadiene Extractive distillation Unit, Regeneration systems unit, Water treatment, Steam & Condensate, Nitrogen distribution systems.
Preparation of the Operating Procedures for the Ethylene plant as per Russian standards.
Lead the team of Process engineers, manage the schedule (P6, EzTrac, Progress tools) to meet Client expectations, report Progress and Productivity, pro-active potential problem solving. Coordination of interdisciplinary work between offices in different countries, close work with Piping, Piping Stress, Mechanical, Electrical and Civil disciplines. Coordinate PFD and P&ID work and Client reviews. Responsible for Brownfield Metering Station facilities design, Gathering Systems, pipelines, trunklines, manifolds etc. Weekly engineering reports, presentations, troubleshoot of technical issues; facilitate Flow Sheet conferences, participate in safety reviews, HAZOP, “What if” and others. Provide support to disciplines (process input), 3D Model reviews, and System Reliability reviews. Main duties include designing oil/gas gathering system and pipelines, with emphasis on hydraulics (flowrate and pressure calculations), isolation and control, P&ID development, safety system design (relief valves, flares).
Relocated to USA to support Houston Process team. Share Project history and background technical knowledge with Houston team. Main duties include designing oil/gas gathering system and pipelines, with emphasis on hydraulics (flowrate and pressure calculations), isolation and control, P&ID development, safety system design development (relief valves, flares). Support of 3D Model reviews. Progress deliverables for construction.
