Responsibilities:
• Work closely with other disciplines to coordinate all interfaces associated with the system from MC turnover to RFSU through to RFO
• Review all Punch Items allocation (A, B, & C's) and actively close out as required
• Interface with Construction team, System Delivery, Engineering and Materials Management to map out the plan for system completion, pre-commissioning; understand the risks and constraints and clear the roadblocks to system completion
• Ensure that all work is completed in accordance with the requirements of the Completion Management System to ensure the smooth transition of care, custoday and control to Operations with minimal or no exceptions
• Key focal point for the early engagement and interfacing/coordinating with Operations on commissioning procedure execution and verification of witness points and PSSR Punch List close out reviews
• Responsible to ensure RFI/TQs are generated early enough and solutions are agreed to ensure execution is not adversely afected
• Report progress to the Commissioning Manager and knows what key issues and/or concerns need to be raised at an early stage to allow mitigating measures to be taken
• Interface with the planners/schedulers to ensure that all activities relating to systems are detailed, included and maintained within the schedule
• Participate as a key person in Safety Walkdowns and lead periodic safety walk downs of the systems and actively monitor progress on systems and interact with HES
• Participate in tool box talks and JSA for all Systems Completion activities within their nominated systems. Thorough review of PPHA
