direction of a Project Manager..
- Keep the Project Manager and others informed about project
status and issues that may impact client relations.
- Assist the PM in the drafting and issuance of project proposals,
budgets, cash flows and preliminary schedules
- Communicate relevant project information to the client and
project team.
- Organize the teams and prepare daily work plan for each team
with their tasks and needed tools and materials .
- Prepare different reports (survey, as built, follow up reports) and
Maintain proper documentation for easy reference.
- Support the teams in sites and provide them with necessary data
and Equipment.
- Create and build invoices and prices proposal for purchase order.
