Established Crossover Management Consultancy to offer project and strategic management consulting and training services through the MENA region
I have been hired by Kingdom University in Bahrain to develop their strategic plan for the next 5 years, in alignment with the Bahraini Higher Education Council strategy, according to the 2030 Bahraini vision.
The challenge is to create a strategy that combines the educational aspect, as well as the business aspects of the strategy. I have initiated the process and led it successfully till the finalization as a project managed by myself, from initiation and planning to executing and controlling and ending by closing with the last deliverable
Founded BRIDGE, an IT and business management consulting firm. Started by delivering training and then extended its services to IT enablement, web tools and various business solutions.
Under my leadership, BRIDGE became:
1- The first Arab firm to arabize and localize Orange HRM open solution software
2- The first arab firm to arabize and localize V-tiger CRM open source solution software
3- PMI Registered Education Provider.
Main Responsibilities:
1- Setting company vision, mission and values
2- Setting the strategic intent and strategic objectives
3- Launching programs and projects to realize vision
4- Business developing via interfacing with different partners and customers
5- Leading the team, enhancing interaction, resolving conflicts and making sure of deliverables quality

A project manager (Consultant) for different projects and different customers, including ERP selection, strategy formulation and organizational capability assessment. Also, provided IT strategy as an IT expert.
Main Responsibilities:
1- Setting projects charter and scope and making sure of stakeholders buy-in
2- Working with subject matters experts to set schedule, budget and quality constraints
3- Planning and managing risks.
4- Communicating with stakeholders, to make sure of clear and efficient communication channels
5- Making sure of delivering project on time within budget and other constraints and resolving customer issues.
6- Participation in the PMO activities of Aregon and providing feedback for continuous improvement
An IT Associate and project manager, mainly responsible for training and SharePoint Server and Project Server development, installation, configuration and backup.
Main Responsibilities:
1- Determining employees IT training needs (TNA)
2- Preparing recommended training programs
3- Managing various IT and training projects and programs
4- Implementing and maintaining company's MS Sharepoint server and Project server
Project Manager for IT training on both high-tech and end-user programs. Training included some VIPs and was delivered in a very professional way to guarantee ROI.

1- Creating training program, including schedule, quality constraints and communication plan
2- Managing trainers and ensure quality training is being delivered
3- Managing project deliverables and ensure equality and customer satisfaction
4- Providing feed back and documenting lessons learned
Managed the collaborative training program between Saudi Airlines and 1st International, to deliver quality training.
Main Responsibilities:
1- Interfacing with Saudi Airlines VPs and directors to seal their buy-in for the launched training programs.
2- Managing a group of professional trainers to deliver quality training.
3- Preparing training plans and implementing them
4- Providing feedback and direction when needed
5- Reporting to the upper management regarding financial reports and figures
Delivered quality training on various IT subjects especially the MCSE track for Saudi Airlines staff and public:
