Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
•Serving as a technical and administrative role in the organization for the fuel storage and LPG filling terminal operations
•Following up 7 fuel storage and 4 LPG filling terminal investment planning and implementation
•Control of performance and cost activities of facilities,
•Managing maintenance and repair operations of the facilities,
•Compliance of permits and licenses of the facilities
•Management of national marker processes and facilities audit activities,
•Managing operations in accordance with procedures, instructions and guidelines issued by the Authority,
•Preparation of the necessary analyzes and reports within the scope of management instructions
•Implementation and preparation of technical analysis and yearly expense plan reports to Terminal Director

Supply Chain Regulation Manager
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- Working together with
Ensuring terminals (fuel, LPG, aviation and lubricants), marketing and other operations (excluding taxation) are in compliance with Petroleum Law, Custom regulations, and company policies & procedures through extensive control of the Petrol Ofisi operations,
* Developing and revising policies and procedures for the general application of the Compliance Program in terminal, marketing and other operations of the company, to prevent illegal, unethical, or improper conduct,
* Identifying potential areas of compliance vulnerability and risk; develops / implements corrective action plans for resolution of problematic issues, and provides general guidance on how to avoid or deal with similar situations in the future,
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
* Planning and following Terminal Investments yearly basis
* Directing 28 Petrol Ofisi employee and 27 workers employed yearly contract basis from outside sources (Total 55 workers) to handle the terminal producing 240 million $ revenue per year.
* Controlling and if required reorganizing all of the processes at the Terminals from accepting products to delivering to the customers.
* Establishing and providing continuity of Fuel Quality Assurance System, ISO 14001, ISO 9001, and OHSAS 18001 etc. for terminals.
* Following and complying with all laws and legislations related to Terminal operations.
Coordinating to transfer the whole operation from the old location to the new fully automated one, which was built in two years and invested 25 Million $.
* Operating and synchronizing two facilities at the same time without stopping selling products to Petrol Ofisi stations during that changed location term
Reducing Unit Cost (Operational Expenses per year / Selling petroleum products
per year) from 2, 9 ($/Ton) to 2, 2 ($/Ton) in the first year (By the end of 2003), and the following year from 2, 2 ($/Ton) to 1, 8 ($/Ton).
* Directing 28 Petrol Ofisi employee and 22 workers employed year contract basis from outside sources (Total 50 workers) to handle the terminal producing 360 million $ revenue per year.

Major Projects Taken Responsibility:
* Getting involved in preparing Basic Engineering Design Package together with set-up task force in Milano, Italy for building new ROCHE manufacturing terminal in Gebze, Kocaeli. Later planned to prepare Detail Engineering Package in Istanbul, Turkey,
* In charge of preparing new plant proposal for Turk Pirelli Company, Kocaeli,
* Updating P&ID’s of combined cycle co-generation plant at Ak Enerji, Yalova in a team working.
Automated Material Handling Division that is involved in full designing, manufacturing, and modifying existing or new automated material handling systems for PC Board Laminate industry.
Taking responsibility on Engineering Data Base Management, Management of Engineering Design Systems and Procedures and Co-ordination of Engineering and Production Interface positions.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
* Defining the major product groups, the main system components, develop standard product lists and optional equipment lists,
* Coordinating sub-assembly and detail design structures with the CAD operators/Design Detailers,
* Coordinating and managing the interface between the Production and Engineering departments, and implementing the improvements resulting from production experiences into the actual design process.
of optimizing work flow according to JIT manufacturing system and regrouping machines layout at maintenance department.
Directly responsible to the second shift maintenance manager.
In charge of participating in professors’ research projects. Directly responsible to the operation management and international business professors.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
* Gathering and interpreting information to write down technical essays from periodical journals about Operation Management Techniques for instances Material Requirements Planning (MRP), Just-In-Time (JIT) systems and Synchronous manufacturing systems.
Major:
Getting certificate of ISO 14001 Environments and OHSAS 18001 ISG Regulation from BSI EURASİA MANAGEMENT SYSTEMS company. Also obtaining Port Terminal Security Officer Training Course Certificate – Terminal Security Officer from DOKUZ EYLÜL UNİVERSİTY – SCHOOL OF MARİTİME BUSİNESS AND MANAGEMENT
