• Assists in the preparation, thorough risk review and administration of contractual proposals from various customers
• Conducts customer contact activities to provide for proper contract fulfillment in accordance with company policies & legal requirements
• Secures all necessary approvals from concerned departments and ensures that standard company procedures are followed
• Provides support service when required in interpretation of clauses during the course of the contract
• Retention, Safekeeping and of Distribution of Documents (Contracts / Agreement)
• Assists the Commercial Manager in handling more than a dozen insurance policies
• Coordinates with insurance companies, acts as a liaison between the company and the insurance provider, filing claims / submission of requirements, monitoring and follow ups
• Daily office / clerical tasks - phone calls, meeting schedules, filing, stand-by receptionist
• Responsible for the company’s adherence to ISO’s standards in all the products / services
• Manage and ensure implementation of the Integrated Management System policy
• Coordinates with external auditors for the regular audits of the company
• Responsible in the conservation of existing Group Business through efficient plan administration and policy servicing in order to ensure attainment of the company’s objectives of total quality service, customer satisfaction and business growth
• Administers the group insurance plan of assigned accounts based on policy provisions and account management standards.
• Processing of various claims within standard turn-around time
• Handles corporate client’s inquiries/complaints
• Responsible in rendering efficient and prompt customer service relative to opening of new accounts
• Maintenance of existing accounts, provides information to new and prospective customers regarding interest rates, account charges and other pertinent account
• Represents the bank's interest in attracting customers, meeting goals and helping the operation run smoothly
• Cross selling the products and services of the bank
• Handles client's inquiries/complaints and ensures customer satisfaction through consistent delivery of quality service
• Custodian of accountable forms, keys of Safety Deposit Boxes and vault access
• Ensures that the cash in vault is balanced with system generated reports
• Performs branch clerical duties
• Perform telegraphic wire transfers and foreign currency transactions
• Perform teller duties as required
