Responsible for providing Support and Services on the ECM, DMS, Backlog, CMS solutions proposed by ONE ECM. Also handling the AMC support services and renewal for existing and new customer. Work cover all UAE region

• P&L, budgetary controls, sales, staff recruitment and development to the very highest level of service.
• Achieving sales targets set by the Management for the Professional services Division
• Liaise with the presales team to ensure proper solution, Implementation is provided
• Migrated all their Oracle Licenses from named user to CPU based
• SLA agreement for their infrastructure and licenses
• Provided Consultancy on how to move from Named User environment to CPU environment ADMA OPCO, UAE CA Helpdesk.
• Selling & Implementation of CA Helpdesk
• SLA for their CA Implementation ZADCO, UAE
• Selling and implementing capsule software. On Site support and software support for three years ADNOC, UAE - CA Helpdesk.
• Selling & Implementation of CA Helpdesk
SLA for the CA Implemented. Takreer, UAE - Document Management System and Action follow Up.
• Selling & Implementing of a DMS and Action Follow up system
• SLA for the DMS and AFU system
• Migration of the DMS and AFU from Livelink and Java to SharePoint and .Net Abu Dhabi Media - Implementation of EMC Documentum and Backlog project.
• Provided customers with proper solution to meet requirements during the presales phase apart from managing internal resources during the implementation phase.
• Ensured compliance to delivery schedules, followed up on payments & resource implementation methodology being used.
