Monitoring project activities against contract scope of work.
• Preparation of Project Base Line Work Schedules (defining critical path and milestones) for company’s Projects.
• Updating progress of work schedule on primavera of assigned projects and planning accordingly.
• Performing regular analysis of all schedule trends, spotting deviating activities from the schedule, taking corrective actions to keep the project on track, and preparing reports as required.
• In case of delay, preparing recovery program and proposing remedial measures i.e. schedule crashing, fast tracking etc. to catch up delays.
• Preparation of short termed departmental detailed schedules based on base line schedule.
• Allocating resources to on-going projects to meet progress requirements.
• Implementing the work schedule and monitor progress of the work for timely execution of the project through daily/weekly/monthly/ reports with respect to review of the overall project or phase.
• Preparing EVM, S-Curves, Resource Histograms, Cash in, Cash out & monthly Invoice Reports.
• Ensure that project controls documents such as resources histogram, schedules, reporting systems, material controls systems, etc. are fully developed by the designated personnel and reviewed by Construction Management and that Engineering and Procurement interfaces are properly addressed.
• Liaising with Procurement department regarding in time material requisition.
• Liaising with Client, Consultant, Main-Contractor, Sub-contractors
supervisors and general work force involved.
