Managed the overall provision of Human Resource services, policies, and programs for the entire university.
Reporting direct to Vice rector for administrative and financial affairs, manager for financial affairs.
• Responsibilities included: Recruiting and staffing; performance management and improvement systems; organization development; employment and compliance to regulatory concerns; employee orientation, development, policy development and documentation; employee relations; university employee and community communication; compensation and benefits administration; employee safety, welfare, wellness and health; and employee services and counseling.
• Administered compensation, benefits and performance management systems, safety and recreation programs.
• Advised managers on organizational policy matters such as equal employment opportunity and sexual harassment, and recommend needed changes.
• Allocated human resources, ensuring appropriate matches between personnel.
• Analyzed statistical data and reports to identify and determine causes of personnel problems and develop recommendations for improvement of organization's personnel policies and practices.
• Other responsibilities:, conducting rotation interviews to identify reasons for employee turnover, developing, administering and evaluating applicant tests, identifying staff vacancies.

•Responsibilities included: Administered (SIS), registration procedures for thousands of students, admitting and accepting thousands of applicants in Kuwait branch, attending meetings concerning any student, handling all aspects in graduation process, orientation meeting for freshmen students, and improving the registration and admission system.
Organize all the Applicants for the Arab Open University, Check the Application for, use the Student Information System (SIS), Organizing students files.
