-Organizing events (Seminars, Workshops, Business dinners).
-assuring the claims of all invoices Sales department, with the Finance department
During those Three years within AIESEC i occupied many positions, specially i was with the first generation, when we had lost of hard work to do ( preparing communication plan, executing it, had lot of induction sessions) after that i had the opportunity to be a part of OGX (outgoing exchange) department when i learn how to select the good profile for the good train-ship, how to arrange a good interview, how to raise, how to negotiate, following the 'exchange participant', make him update in every new information...after that i had the opportunity to occupy the Position of team leader when got more responsibilities and it helps to understand myself, and know how to lead a team to achieve goals in time...
After a certain experience I changed the department and finished my active experience as OC VP (Organizing committee Vice president) Finance and logistics in project named 'Youth Think Green' where the project was based on providing self-awareness to youth generation to act for the sustainability of the environment, and trying to implement that it's important to act for themselves and for the coming generation.
Working part time in promotion and advertising on place of sale for HENKEL, PHILIP MORRIS, JAPANESE TOBACCO.
Customers' prospecting, Negotiation, followed realization and production, covering work as part-time studies in parallel
