Assist in monitoring and reporting on the progress of all services site activities within the construction program, including any new design conditions that may affect the overall project cost and schedule.

Follow up project progress and schedule to ensure that activity and progress accomplishment meet project time lines. My Responsibility for coordination of the design and construction at the site of all services which are under the SOW of the electrical installation.
Inspection of Contractor’s work to ensure compliance with Contract drawings and specifications. Coordinating work activities.
- Inspect all materials and equipment supplied by subcontractor to ensure that it meets the project design and industry standard criteria, e.g. Conduit, Conductors Distribution Networks and Substations.
- Inspect all trenching for under ground lines to ensure that the project and environmental requirements, placement of all underground cabling to ensure that project design and tolerances are followed, e.g. direct buried cable installation.
- Inspect all e.g. junction boxes, Minipillars, and transformers to ensure that proper installation is performed according to project design and industry standard work practices.
- Inspect all backfill operations of underground lines to ensure that the project requirements are followed.
- Inspect all electrical terminations to ensure that they conform to appropriate aspects.
- Ensure project work outputs comply with standards and meets contract requirements by working with the Site Electrical Manager and technical groups.
- Represents the company to meet contractual requirements.
- Responsible to ensure SAFETY requirements must be met, ensures Quality and Environmental procedures are maintained.
