Duties and Responsibilities (Job Description)
In RESTAURANT:
o Greet guest and present them the menu
o Inform guest about the special items for the day and menu changes if any
o Suggestion of food and beverage to the guest and up sell
o Obtaining revenues, issuing receipt, accepting payments, returning the change
o Perform basic cleaning task as needed or directed by supervisor
o Communicate to the guest and provide assistance with their queries
o Serving of food and beverage to the guest as per course of order
o Filling of absent staff as needed
IN EVENTS/FUNCTION
o Setting events room and halls as per according to the number of packs/participants
o Set table skirting according to the theme of the events
o Set all linens and dishware at flat ware
o Set banquet table with dishes
o Carry food trays to the tables
o Anticipate guest needs continually and fulfill theme appropriately
o Clean premise along with stripping table cloth and napkins
o Clean the events room before turn over to the next shiftQ
