A Graduate with 4+ Years of UAE experience in Import/Export documentations (LC/DA/DP)
•Preparing complete set of shipping documents (Commercial Invoice, Packing List, CO etc.).
•Submission of shipping documents (Cross trade, Export and Import shipments) to bank as per L/C or other credit terms.
•Logistics coordination and monitoring/tracking ETA for the consignment till it reaches to destination & informing delay/early reaching of consignment to customer with reason.
•Maintain direct relationship with the bank pertaining to all export and import procedure, payments and document release.
•Coordinate with the logistics/shipping company/agents for scheduling and bookings shipments.
•Shipping line follow up for B/L draft, making freight payment, B/L release BL surrender documentation etc.
•Handling all forms of L/C documents and liaison with bank for payments and negotiation.
•Shipments follow-ups and maintain exact status of shipments and maintain co-ordination between related departments.
