Assess plans implements and evaluates nursing plane of care tailored for the individual patients that is evidence base according to patient’s needs, lifestyles, genders and cultural background.

•Co coordinating the colleagues to have a team works in the unit.
•Providing health updates to the family members of patients and in the community.
•Maintaining the equipment’s used in the unit with care and utilizes supplies and equipment’s efficiently and economically.Maintains patient’s privacy and confidentiality of information records at all time.
•Competent in computer based documentation.

Job Description:

•Peripheral Canulation blood collection, blood transfusion,
•Care of babies on Bubble CPAP.
•Care of babies with Peritoneal Dialysis
•Neonatal transfer to Outside hospital facilitates using transport Ventilator.
•Neonatal resuscitation programme.
•Basic Life support programme.
•Breast milk storage and handling.
•Kangaroo care of ventilator babies.
•Pain assessment and management.

•Accountable to charge nurse

•Work in Collaboration with both clinically administrative with a hospital leadership and other members of health care team.
