 Opened new business accounts with tier 1 banks (including the largest bank in the Middle
East), consulting firms, leading telecom companies and governmental bodies in Qatar
meantime maintaining existing key accounts of the company.

 Extensive market research and cold calling lead to in-person meetings with high level
executives / decision makers in top banks of Qatar, governmental, semi-governmental firms and
brought in new business opportunities.

 Exploring different areas / departments of key accounts (mainly IT) and bringing in new
business opportunities.

 Maintaining steady flow of business from newly opened accounts and existing key accounts.

 Gained long term business commitments from assigned accounts and constantly exceeded /
achieved quarterly targets.

 Managing an extensive and active network of business, personal and professional contacts from
which business referrals, new business development and new customer acquisition
opportunities were received directly and indirectly.

 Ensuring efficient customer service is being provided by interacting with clients on a personal
level which in turn resulted in collaborative relationships at all levels including top level
management.

 Responding to customers / stakeholders’ communications, enquiries, claims, complaints etc.

 Implements and maintains format, structure and preparation process of reports to submit to
