Proficient in adhering to the Canadian Electrical Code and well-versed in the Tesla Powerwall Design
Guidelines. Currently engaged in collaborative projects with prominent clients in Canada, namely KUBY
and Firefly, to facilitate the installation of residential and commercial solar systems.
• Designing residential and commercial solar systems using specialized software CRM and in house
system designer.
• Creating project cost estimates using in house tools and CRM.
• Drafting preliminary proposals and tenders and outline project technical specifications.
• Reviewing technical documents and proposal from other designer for QA/QC.
• Improve procedures and practices through critical thinking and problem solving.
• Performing shading analysis (near shading, self-shading, and far shading).
• Developing conceptual plant design (SUNBASE CRM).
• With the final design including
1. The optimum tilt angle and orientation.
2. The best PV configuration, which minimizes the shading effects and optimizes the GCR.
3. The optimum DC/AC ratio.
4. Locations for Inverter stations, array boxes, cable routes, junction box.
5. Performance ratio, capacity factor, and energy yield optimization.
• Preparing CAD drawings for projects execution that includes:
1. Single Line Diagrams (SLD).
2. Layout drawings.
3. Placement.
4. Installing method (Flush Mounted, Ground Mounted)
• Designing and developing medical products in 2D and 3D concept models according to customer needs
and product requirements specifications.
• Carry out producing and manufacturing prototype of the products, and verifying the concept design
models with the customers before mass production process accordance with ISO 13485.
• Performing and designing simulation of the manufacturing process with Gcode simulator for the CNC
machine to avoid manufacturing mistakes.
