Mission:
Full responsibility of the implementation
- Manage the delivery phase according to the project plan and per the defined SAFRAN Morpho methodology to reduce overall risks and maximize productivity.
- Regularly track progress in activity, deliverables completion and quality levels against the plans, and take actions to recover any discrepancies.
- Generate Change Request Forms as required and obtain appropriate customer and internal approvals, in line with project governance standards.
- Update project plan as needed and manage scope changes so that profit margins are maintained or increased.
- Represent the project externally and internally by communicating and reporting on project status to customer and internally to all stakeholders.
- Produce regular and accurate progress reports and present the project status, reduce miscommunication risk and ensure traceability of decisions.
- Manage project budget including P&L during the full life cycle to ensure budget is met.
- Manage 3rd party suppliers, both internal and external, in order to secure the delivery targets.
Participation in pre-sales activities to:
- Review and ensure proposals and contracts are realistic and achievable from a cost, quality, and time perspective.
- Generate project plans and develop detailed business processes documentations.
- Prepare detailed implementation schedules and cost estimates. - Identify, analyze and quantify risks ensuring steps are taken to mitigate them.

These processes are enhanced by customized implemented Rational RequisitePro and Rational ClearQuest for better applying and empowering the designed processes.
