Mandated with the aim of improving the efficiency and effectiveness of
AMF, ATFP & BUNA IT systems, processes, and infrastructure. The
committee focuses on ensuring that IT resources are used optimally,
aligning technology with business goals, and driving innovation to
enhance overall performance, while minimizing costs.

A senior accounting professional who played a significant role in
various key areas of financial management and reporting & contributed
in implementing IFRS-9 standard & BASEL III requirements as well as
being involved in formulating AMF & BUNA administrative budget.
• Managing Loan & Investment reporting & coordination with stakeholders.
• Oversee Loan post-origination lifecycle (Documentation, Repayment,
Resolution, Restructuring & Forecasting).
• Preparing changes in net assets, income, and expenses of external fund
managers and changes in Net Asset Value of Alternative Strategies.
• Ensuring subsystem ledgers are accurately posted into GL system.
• Formulating bank & securities at safe custody (Holding) reconciliations.
• Managing internal projects such as acquiring Investment system & BUNA
Account Receivable management.
• Overseeing external auditors engagements & requirements.
• Assisting in preparing Consolidation financial statements of Subsidiaries.
• Responsible for ECL calculations as per IFRS-9 requirements.
• In charge of validating Credit & Liquidity Risk requirements (Maturity
Analysis & Geographic Distribution of Balance Sheet Components).

Ratio & Managing SAP & Calypso system implementation.

A special program that was established by McKinsey & Company to
improve the overall Health Index of the AMF internal environment via
enforcing new advanced initiatives focused in four different themes
such as Talent Management.

• Preparing and evaluating Business Requirement Documents (BRDs) to
assess alignment with achieved milestones and ensure all business
requirements are met.
• Designing and implementing investment and finance reports, ensuring
accuracy, and evaluating their efficiency for decision-making purposes.
• Conducting thorough pre- and post-implementation testing of various
financial models to ensure reliability, accuracy, and optimal performance.
• Overseeing the automation processes for Hedge and Property Funds within
the Calypso system, ensuring streamlined operations and minimizing manual
intervention.

• Oversight of Accounting, Financial & Treasury Operations technical
matters within the committee.
• Evaluation and Endorsement of Technical Aspects of BUNA systems,
business processes & documentations.
• Participating & Coordination of BUNA workshops, roadshows, training
sessions & conferences.
• Oversee planning & execution of system integration between AMF &
BUNA.
• BUNA Billing System Development including documentation & reporting.
• Managed the full process of BUNA Bank Account Setup.
• Building Financial Model with Advance capabilities like Dynamic
Assumptions & Sensitivity Tools.
• Led & Managed the Automation of Issuing & Distributing BUNA Billing.

A key member directly involved in Money Markets, Capital Markets
and Foreign Exchange processing. Effectively oversee Cash
Management, Placements, Borrowing, Loans, Securities, Repos &
Swaps. Additionally, tasked with the administration of External
Mandate Funds, Hedge Funds and Propety Funds processing.

• In charge of maintaining Risk Registers, Policies & Procedures Manuals.
• Supervise capital market trades that include trade status administration,
settlements and transfers processing.

KEY ACCOMPLISHMENTS:
• Successfully implemented an automated invoice tracking system that greatly facilitated cash flow and allowed for accurate forecasting. Additionally, developed a comprehensive control tool to manage account receivables.
• Consistently prepared and executed Export and Import Letter of Credit along with corresponding drafts.
• Oversaw account receivables and collections keeping strong control on credit limits.
• Guided bank reconciliations and investigated irregularities, reporting to senior management as needed.
