For the TVTC graduate hiring website, I analyzed requirements, wrote user stories, and structured them into epics and sprints, while applying Jira automation to streamline the workflow. For ARRC Space General, I contributed to the development of an internal system for secure file archiving, ensuring proper handling and safeguarding of files as valuable assets. Additionally, I worked on the ARRC Space CRM, managing projects from the opportunity stage until completion, and ensuring smooth tracking, coordination, and visibility across the system.

I worked as a business analyst on the 'مدينتي' project for the Saudi government agency MOMRAH, focusing on waste management system development. I designed wireframes for components such as contract setup, waste collection, and a driver’s mobile app. I wrote BRDs and FRDs for eight groups, ensuring integration and alignment with project objectives. I also communicated with various stakeholders, including those from the 'GIS', 'CRM-940', and 'ممتثل' platforms, systems that digitize municipal services and integrate mapping technologies to enhance smart city initiatives. Additionally, I handled functional and non-functional requirements, wireframes, and data requirements. As a team leader, I supported two business analysts, refining their documentation skills, providing guidance, and ensuring all documents adhered to project standards.

I worked as a business analyst at NADSoft, a software development company that offers various software solutions for different domains. I have gathered and analyzed the requirements of various software projects, such as workouts, news, education, coins trading, interviews, form builder, and re-open report apps, using PRD and SRS documentation. I worked as a business analyst and quality assurance engineer at AiElements, a software development company that got a project for real estate appraisal solutions. I was responsible for gathering and analyzing the client requirements of the Sahel System project, which is a web-based application that allows appraisers to perform accurate and efficient property valuations. I also designed the work processes using UML diagrams, such as flowcharts, use cases, and sequence diagrams, to specify the priority and scope of tasks. Additionally, I performed manual quality assurance testing on the system to ensure it matched the specifications and met the client's expectations.
