Responsible for planning equipment allocation to fulfill projects requirements.
Implement equipment sourcing plans to determine scarcity and propose alternatives.
Monitor, analyze and report variance between planned and actual projects equipment requirements to control the variance.
Generate variance reports regarding required and available equipment to determine the equipment required to be outsourced.
Perform technical comparison sheets between different equipment models to identify the difference in specs.
Analyze data using appropriate analysis tools to develop and implement improvement plans.
Execute key performance indicators reports to support in decision making.
Perform and Analyze equipment utilization reports to ensure that the equipment are utilized efficiently.
Participate in performing work method statements, lifting plans, and risk assessments related to construction equipment to execute the required activity.
Supervise Equipment Controllers team at project sites to ensure their duties are performed efficiently.
Ensure all Equipment related data are recorded correctly
and updated on our database for future reference when required.
Provide input to the Equipment Director on the section performance to measure the performance level.
Ensure all work is conducted according to the Equipment
Department's policies and procedures to streamline processes and workflows between the department sectors.
Responsible for Equipment Planning for all Orascom Construction Fleet.
