- Recruit, select, train, assign, schedule, coach, counsel, and discipline employees.
- Plan and review compensation actions; enforcing policies and procedures.
- Contribute operations information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews;
prepare and complete action plans; implement production, productivity, quality, and
customer-service standards; resolve problems; complete audits; identify trends.
- Forecast requirements; prepare an annual budget; schedule expenditures; analyze variances;
initiating corrective actions.
- Develop operations systems by determining product handling and storage requirements;
develop, implement, enforce, and evaluate policies and procedures; develop processes for
receiving product, equipment utilization, inventory management, and shipping.
- Analyze and improve organizational process and workflow, employee and space
requirements, and equipment layout; implement changes.
- Accomplish operations and organization mission by completing related results as needed.
- Manage relationships with key operations vendors.
- Track vendor pricing, rebates, and service levels.
- Review and approve all operational invoices and ensure they are submitted for payment.
- Communicate customer issues with operations team and devise ways of improving the
customer experience, including resolving problems and complaints.
- Ensure quality of products and manage quality and quantity of employee productivity.
- Control inventory.
- Work closely with the inventory manager and team to perform analysis of our inventory
and ensure we are utilizing our inventory effectively, purchasing the right equipment,
maintaining solid inventory data, and reduce sub-rental expenses
-Country Operations Head Driving Efficiency and Delivering Operational Excellence.
-Coordinate, manage and monitor the workings of various departments in the
organization.
Review financial statements and data.
- Utilize financial data to improve profitability.
- Prepare and control operational budgets.
- Control inventory.
- Plan effective strategies for the financial well-being of the company.
- Improve processes and policies in support of organizational goals.
- Formulate and implement departmental and organizational policies and procedures to
maximize output.
- Monitor adherence to rules, regulations and procedures.
- Coordinate and monitor the work of various departments involved in production,
warehousing, pricing and distribution of goods.
- Monitor performance and implement improvements.
- Ensure quality of products and manage quality and quantity of employee productivity.
- Manage maintenance of equipment and machinery and provide technical support where
necessary.
Handling Unilever Division (Non-food).
Dealing with the biggest accounts in KSA (Modern Trade).
Prepare Monthly and Weekly promotion plans.
Maintaining company KPI’s.
Managing 18 merchandisers (Team Leading) and making maximum use of their potential.
Assigning work & coverage plan for the merchandising team.
Executing lunches and activations.
Regular branch calling cycles (Market visits).
