A Dubai based Marketing Office that is representing unique & high end Italian Building Material Companies and works on marketing and promoting their products around the Middle East mainly and other regions, in addition to easing communication with clients.
• Setting meetings with existing and new designers, consultants, architects, contractors and developers
• Sending meeting follow ups after each meeting at all times to clients, in addition to responding to their requirements
• Supporting and advising clients for the best solution to apply the product in their projects
• Liaising directly with the Italian Company when in need of samples and technical support for clients and sending inquiries
• Working closely with the Export Manager of the Italian Company
• Reporting to my Middle East Manager in terms of submitting my weekly report and agenda
• Visiting project sites when needed by clients to discuss further about the project and where to apply the material
• Researching on new consultants, designers and architects to present the product
• Researching on current or upcoming projects through the web or by visiting projects sites
• Responsible for other countries, besides UAE, such as Saudi Arabia, Oman, Qatar, Bahrain, Kuwait & Iran and promoting the product
• Following up with some of the distributors in the region by supporting and motivating them to market and sell the product
• Involved and being part of the Big 5 Exhibition and the Downtown Design Fair
A catering company that manages and operates several restaurants and franchises, such as Round Table Pizza, Jollibee, Mazaj, Forn O Saj, Asmak, The Plaice, Chinawhite, etc.. In addition to catering for Airport delayed flights of major international airlines and major international schools with over 30, 000 meals daily and event catering, such as Meydan, Jebel Ali Race Course.
• Involved, for a short period, with Stores, Purchasing, Management, Sales and Marketing
• Supervising outlets staff
• Scheduling and daily meetings for staff
• Managing the daily operation of outlets and ensuring its well-function
• Organizing with clients regarding catering events
• Meetings to discuss problems, finding solutions, working on improvements and placing plans

• Increasing sales and customer awareness through direct communication, receiving feedback, improving and distributing leaflets/giving promotions
• Involved in setting up the newest unit of Round Table Pizza (Marina Walk branch)
• Involved in setting up the cafeteria operation (catering) in Universal American School and Deira International School located in Festival City and in addition to collaborating with the administration on their needs and organizing events
• Other side work included as well, such as:
* Managing daily distribution of liquor from stores and orders (Mazaj)
* Liaising with accounts, purchasing and stores department
* Created an official Facebook page for Round Table Pizza and Mazaj
* Setting up security cameras for the outlet
• Acquired Basic Food Hygiene Training Certificate from Boecker
