Reporting to the Development Director and CEO. Responsible for of a number of business critical hotel and restaurant developments at Thredbo Alpine Resort, including Capex set up and control, development of the business case, procurement and management of the Design Team and Contractors through the Design, DA and Construction stages. Project experience included:

• Thredboland
$25m demolition/rebuild/refurbishment of 2 buildings to provide new retail, ski hire, training and child care facilities.

• Thredbo Alpine Hotel
$3m refurbishment of all hotel guest rooms, suites and common areas.

• Merritt’s Mountain House Restaurant
$1m refurbishment and reconfiguration of 200 person bar and restaurant.

Reporting to the National Manager. Responsible for leading an internal team of 7 project managers to deliver numerous Education and Hospitality Projects. The role also included business development to generate new project roles as well as assisting the internal Commercial Team with several Expert Witness Reports. Project experience included:
* TAFE NSW
$30m Capital Works Program of major and minor new build and refurbishment works to 7 colleges.
* Holiday Inn, Parramatta
$80m development of 239 key hotel including 2 levels of office space.

Reporting to the State Manager. Responsible for managing the delivery of a number of residential and retail developments with assistance from 2 in house staff. Managed all aspects of the projects including the development of project brief, procurement and appointment of consultants and contractors, design management, contract administration, development and monitoring of the programme, financial control, variation management, regular reporting and presentations to the keys stakeholders and chairing of various meetings. The role also included business development to generate new project roles. Project experience included:
* Palisade Apartments
$100m design and build of 197 high specification residential apartments in southern Sydney.
* Bonnyrigg Plaza Redevelopment
$12m refurbishment and reconfiguration of existing shopping centre including tenant coordination for the
subsequent tenant fitouts.
* General Development Proposals
Feasibility and business case preparation for several retail developments.

Leman Project Management - (Dubai and Saudi Arabia)
Reporting to the Country Manager. Responsible for managing the delivery of a number of mixed use, retail, commercial and hospitality projects. Managed all aspects of the projects including the development of project brief, collation of design brief, procurement and appointment of consultants and contractors, design management, contract administration, development and monitoring of the programme, financial control, variation management, regular reporting and presentations to the keys stakeholders and chairing of various meetings. Project experience included:
* Bay Square at Business Bay
$750m mixed use development of 13 towers spread over 520, 000 sq.m providing 330 apartments, 580 warm shell
office units, 123 warm shell retail units, a 5 star 150 key hotel and a 5 storey basement car park for 4500 vehicles.
* SCA Building
$48m development of a 10-storey office block, including, 200 seat auditorium, retail space, gym and spa.
* Index Tower Redevelopment
$90m design and turnkey fit-out of 20 office floors within an 80 storey tower, with design by London UK based team
at Foster and Partners.
* GE Industrial Warehouse Redevelopment
New build of General Electric’s industrial warehouse and office to house 5 business units that were to be relocated
from various areas within the Middle East into a central Dubai location.
* Somewhere Hotel Refurbishment
$9m fit-out of common areas, restaurant, kitchen, shisha lounge, swimming pool, gym, spa and business centre.
* Abidos Hotel Refurbishment
$12m refurbishment of 145 key hotel, including refurbishment of 2 restaurants and spa/gym facilities.
* Various Retail and Restaurant Fit-outs across Dubai and Saudi Arabia
Including “La Dolce Vita” and “Wok Away” at Jumeira Beach Residence and “Caviar House & Prunier” at Terminal 3
of Dubai International Airport, “Eataly” in Saudi Arabia.

Reporting to the Development Director. Project Managed a number of residential developments from start to finish, including capex set up and control, development of the business case, procurement of and management of the Design Team and Contractors through the Design, DA and Construction stages. Project experience included:
* Lakeside
$50m development of four 1960’s towers blocks to provide 211 apartments and 30 new build town houses.
* Half Tide Dock
$50m development of 121 high specification city centre residential apartments.
* Dock 9
$75m development of 203 high specification city centre residential apartments.

Reporting to a Senior Project Manager. Projects experience included:
* Quay 5 - $45m development of 231 residential apartments that were dedicated for “affordable housing” in
conjunction with the local councils requirements for the regeneration of the wider area.
* Manchester City Football Club Demolition
$4m demolition of Manchester City Football Club's previous football stadium at Maine Road.
* Speakers House
$1.5m refurbishment of a 10-storey city centre office block.
