-Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of office.
-Answer phone calls, schedule meetings and support visitors.
-Complete operational requirements by scheduling and assigning
administrative projects and expediting work results.
-Updating the laboratory platform
-Laboratory budget control
-Processing and follow-up of student files
-Process files for research missions and student internships abroad
-Exhibit polite and professional communication via phone, e-mail, and mail.
-Develop administrative staff by providing information, educational
opportunities, and experiential growth opportunities.
-Ensure operation of equipment by completing preventive maintenance
requirements, calling for repairs, maintaining equipment inventories and
evaluating new equipment and techniques.
-Provide information by answering questions and requests.
-Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open
and interactive communication
-Meet personal/customer service team sales targets and call handling quotas
-Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives
within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
-Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
-Take the extra mile to engage customers
-Resolving issues and troubleshooting technical problems
-Take feedback of the products and services from the customers.
-Greet all guests and assist them with check-in and check-out
-Maintain a positive attitude and friendly demeanor
-Respond to all guest questions and requests
-Manage guest bookings and reservations
-Assist with administrative and clerical tasks as needed
-Ensure reception area and meeting rooms are clean and in order throughout
the day and ready for the next meeting
-Answer all incoming internal/external calls promptly and in a professional and
courteous manner
