Hire, organize, and supervise the work activities of HR department staff set departmental objectives, and conduct performance appraisals. Review and approve employees leave applications and requests for certificates. Oversee administration of helping with visa, airline, and hotel booking requirements of employees and company guests, stationery distribution, and front desk operations. Monitor the company cases (with customers /employees) status with the lawyers office. Control all the company license validity and ensure it is up to date. Monitor and review the Representatives` petty cash.
