I began as a colleague working 16 hours a week. progressed to team leader in a short space of time managing a team of 20 colleagues and then progressed to become a trainee department manager. I am now in my pre appointment of a department. I am responsible for a team of over 22 colleagues directly and over 50 in-directly. I cover everything from employee relations to disciplinary actions and work rotas. I am solely responsible for planning on my department and driving sales waste and shrink figures.
