Acting CEO Office Manager. Responsibilities to provide administrative and clerical support to the organization's executive staff. This position requires performing duties such as implementing office procedures, greeting guests, arranging meetings, making travel organize events, maintaining office supplies, and handling correspondence, follow up with departments of VAS, Products, Branding, Marketing. Their daily, weekly, and monthly reports for management. Provide support in other administrative tasks such as diary organization, transport, travel arrangements, call answering, activity/event programmer organization, and overall logistic support for visits and missions. Support commercial business development and planning for a specified sector.
