nature jobs like, 24 hour recorded hydro test for buried pipe installation, Hot tapping, Hot stopple connection, High pressure
body and seat test for all sizes & types of Valves, post weld heat treatment, road crossing & road restoration for cross country
pipe lines, pigging & cleaning of installed pipe lines, installation of cathodic protection system etc., including preparation of
Method statements for all above critical works
* Arrange for various NDE such as RT, UT, PT, and MT, soil compaction test, FDT and welder qualification tests using Aramco
approved third party contractors
* Conduct vendor inspection of all procured project materials like pipes & fittings, valves, hot tap split tees and all incoming
inspection of electrical and civil materials
* Handling Punch Listing, Mechanical walk through reports, Pre commissioning and Commissioning check lists
* Convene, attend and minute QA/QC related meetings with clients
* Record and monitor the resolution of non-conforming items / activities
