3. Check and monitor the progress accomplishment of the contractor must see to it that the scheduled has been followed and make suggestion in order to update their schedule of completion as per contract.
4. Approved request forms from the contractor such closure forms, pouring request and other relevant requisition that are needed to steadfast of the project completions.
5. Issues site instructions memos and correspondence letters, if there are defects during the implementations of works that didnt conforms to the plans and specification.
6.Full coordination to the Designers, if there are changes not spicified on the plans.
7. Submit progress report to the Project Director.
8. Evaluate the billing of the Contractor fro recommwendation to the Owner representation for processing of payment.
9. Conduct technical meeting with the contractor, sub-contractors( M.E.P.S. Utilities Works). Designer regarding the status and problems encountered and other related matters to help steadfast on the completion of the project.
10. Inspect and supervised the work implementations of the Contractors in order to attain safe, sound, speedy construction work in accordance with contract scheduled.
11. Attend management meeting regarding the status of the project.
