Manage and oversee the overall functions of a free hold residential conmunity including the daily operations, contractor management, tenant relations, dispute resolution, financial management.
Oversee the daily operational functions of the commercial property including the monitoring of the service provider, inspection, tenant relation, complaint handling and resolution. Assist other projects with regard to the handover, setting up and implementation of operational policy and procedure. Work closely with Sales and Leasing to ensure properties are in good condition prior to move-in ane/or viewing purposes.
