Position: Signaling Test and Commissioning Engineer
• Test and commissioning of the European Train Control System (ETCS)
• Signaling Train borne works
Electronics Vital Computer (EVC2) configuration.
• Signaling Trackside works
SMIO, Axle Counter, Balise, Signals
• Lead for implementation of job base on Operations Plan (Corrective and Preventive Maintenance).
Maintain the Fire Alarm System (EST, FM200, VESDA and LHD) and Structural Cabling Network System in 8 Million Square Meter University (Princess Noura Bint Abdurhman University)
Generate Periodic Preventive Maintenance (PPM) Plans for the Low Current (Fire Alarm and Cabling Network).
Analyze the work flow of the operation to serve the highest and fastest execution.
Maintain the Work Flow in Work Control (Maximo)
Conduct Training for newly hired technicians and Engineers for the Proper handling and work flow of Fire Alarm System.
Fire Alarm System (EST, FM200, VESDA and LHD) Trouble Shooting.
Technical Format Generation and Technical Report Writing.
Supervision of Work.
Materials Evaluation as per the University and Company Requirement.
• Lead for implementation of job base in the Construction plan.
Conduit Fixing for multimedia/Audio Video (first fixing to final fixing)
Cable trunking for multimedia/Audio Video
Fire Alarm System (GE and Cooper), Operations, Configuration, Trouble Shooting and Commissioning.
Door Access Control Termination and Configuration
Fiber Optics lay-outing (cable pulling), Testing and Splicing/Termination and troubleshooting which use in communications.

Job inspections base on the time rate.
• Production Engineer and Sale Technical Support (Fiber Optics Products)
Specification coordination with the Sales and/or Customers
Customer Specification review and product inquiry processing
Material sourcing and Bill of Material (BOM) creation for the Sales
Product Sample Making.
• Monitor daily yield and leads in yield improvement activities.
• Generate and ensure accuracy of Bill of Material (BOM) or Bill of Quantities (BOQ), Bill of Operations (BOO), and Work Orders.
• Conduct investigation and failure analysis on customer related issue.
• Implements operations activities accordance to documented Process Control (Quality Plan), Standards, Work instructions, Work Order and Bill of Materials
Check all process settings and parameters and operator procedure in his/her immediate area of responsibility at all times to ensure precise and accurate executions or operations.
Checks and verifies machine check sheets, process datasheets and daily accomplishment report.
• Ensures smooth control, management and progress of assigned project.
• Facilitate and maintain monthly maintenance and corresponding maintenance documents.
• Control, monitor and makes technical evaluation of critical operation items and gives immediate corrective and or preventive actions in order to improve its condition or to fix its trouble and non-conformances.
• Ensure that the daily and weekly production target and schedules is achieved through proper resource management (manpower, stations, equipment, and materials) and by making sure the production line is operating in the highest efficiency.
• Inspect and authorize of electronics components for production’s use.
• Make an approval documents for materials use in productions.
• Ensure the Quality of the materials and product in highest efficiency and conditions
• Coordinate to the Production’s Management to ensure the Quality of the Products and Materials.
• Technical Report writing (material defect analysis)
