The role involved organising and training employees from multi-cultural backgrounds. Maintain a constant check on their level of performance and build up a good team spirit and highly motivated colleagues to ensure that daily operational task runs smoothly with high productivity achievement. Responsibility includes scheduling a 24-hour department. Maintain tight control on the expenses, regular meeting with the department chef for further improvement as per guest feedback. It is essential that the smooth flow of delivering room service amenities are met on the standard time and perform a constant spot check to monitor that the set standard requirement are maintained.
