RESPSONSIBILITIES
- Used vibration fault diagnose to detect the fault in Turboprop Engine T-56
- The engine plethora part modules consist of many components which can easily result into mechanical failure cause by fault of just one or two components. Hence, we used diagnose powerful equipment to detect the type of vibration in the turbine to know the faulty component and thus corrected.
- We used this method and studied the behavior of the Turboprop Turbine vibration condition, highlight the merit of combing this vibration information with the information already gotten from the Technical Log of the equipment maintenance routine manual. And finally give Engineering judgment of the Turbine.
- We also used primary fault diagnose of a complex system which involved the detection of fault of a component through the failure of a particular part which aids the rotation of the other component, when such component suddenly stop, other components may equally stop automatically.

Responsibilities
• Develop and design electrical control systems for oil and gas drilling equipment.
• Produce required documents, drawings/schematics, and procedures related to the electrical systems.
• Write routine reports and correspondence.
• Create electrical drawing packages using software or current technology.
• Install electrical equipment onsite.
• Maintain and make repairs to electrical equipment onsite.
• Conduct daily inspections on all systems and report any potential issues.
• Ensure that all required records are maintained.
• Troubleshoot all electrical systems and make recommendations for upgrades, repairs, maintenance, etc.
• Calibrate and modify systems according to site needs.
