Provided service to the clients in various hotels. Mainly looking after the customer needs, complaints handling, regulated health and safety requirements in the hotels, Vehicles transporting tourist and promoted and advised tourists on excursions to go on. I won international recognition in the category of obsessed with customer care. Traveled to London for this Award presentation.

Over saw the general operations of the Company. Made quotations and Itineraries for the Tourist. Handled clients complaints and negotiated with the suppliers on good rates to be extended to the Company.

Representative; Customer Service Supervisor; tours officer and
Hotel Representative with: First Choice.
Performed duties such as Tour Guiding, Airport duties, Reservations and became the Customer Service Supervisor.
