Responsibility & Contributions:
 In charge of regional operations of ~500 staff based out of Dubai, Abu Dhabi and KSA, with oversight of the day-to-day activities managing P&L of AED 40 million annual, with 10% EBIT and growth targets for the region.
 Monitoring revenue margins, expense control, staff management, procurement, inventory and worker productivity, as well as implementing new directives for growth. Responsible for determining business needs, hiring, trainings, overseeing assignment of workers as per skill sets and planning staff development.
