I am an Associate Professor in mechanical engineering specialty energy, my area of expertise is applied thermodynamics, energy conversion, energy control in the building, renewable energies (solar energy, geothermal energy, and the energy of hydrogen), and HVAC. I am currently working at the University of Laghouat in Algeria as a teacher and researcher from 2011 to present
Apply the simulation techniques with the software of energetic analysis such as, DOE-2E and EE4, in order to study several projects LEED; example; and a tower of 7 floors, with atrium, formed of institutional and commercial locals.
• Supervision of Excavation site Works,
• Supervision of Construction site Works,
• Study, simulation and analysis of the energy consumption in buildings.
• Applied simulation techniques with energy analysis, software DOE-2E and EE4, that helped in the study of an existing building energy efficiency project,
• Developed an optimization model to minimize the consumption of gas and electricity in the housing building which saved 18% of annually total used energy.
• Managed the turbo machinery preventive and curative maintenance schedules,
• Maintenance and repair the troubleshooting of 30 mechanical Equipment including 4 to 10 Mega Watt gas turbines, centrifugal compressors, pumps for hydrocarbon transportation,
• Handling of heavy parts (over 5000 Kg ),
• Achieved research entitled: Improvement of the shafts alignment operation; Application on General Electric MS 3002 gas turbines.
• Supervised the operation of non destructive control and shaft alignment (turbines - compressors and turbines - pump groups),
• Participated in the Electronic data acquisition by vibration device,
• Analyzed and diagnosed the troubleshoots of rotating machines with vibration analysis based on measurement and historical data,
• Prepared and managed an annual $300, 000 spare parts budget for 1000 items and utilization of the GMAO software ( Management of Maintenance Assisted by Computer),
• Worked during 10 months as supervisor for SOFRESID contractor (French Engineering Corporation) for the extension of oil pumps.
