• Processing on time supplier’s invoices and payments
• Follow up and receive supplier’s statements and reconciling suppliers accounts

• Establish and update work section budgets
• Ensure the proper cost follow up
• Issue the monthly Executive Report showing main cost and progress indicators and explaining the major variances
• Report main indicators and variances to the head of department
• Evaluate and anticipate variances at end of project
• Improvement of Cost Control monitoring in coordination with Head of Department
• Risk financial assessment
• Follow up / Monitoring of Subcontractors (including bonds monitoring)
• Follow up of expenses commitment and accruals calculation
• Validation of Purchase Requisition, Purchase orders and Contract on dedicated software to insure correct cost coding
• Set up and establish the cost codification in relation with the project management team
