Construction of 1640TPH Phosphate Mining Plant at Maaden Phosphate Co.-Jalamid, North Region-KSA Project accomplished:
• Construction of Primary crusher station with 18m high ramp & Retaining-wall,
• Secondary screening station (concrete & steel building)
• Box-tunnel station (bulk excavation & concreting)
• Final screening station (concrete and steel building)
• 2-unit substation (2 megawatts),

Role & Responsibilities:
1. As a senior-level role, I was assigned to oversee the construction (layout, foundation, erection & commission) of the Phosphate Plant project of Maaden Phospate Company
2. Plan, execute, forecast, and update all construction stage
3. Monitor and control compliance under the project obligation and ensure timely reporting of the project progress to the Manager
4. Provide advice for the Project Manager & Project Team about the project progress, cost and schedule deviation, forecasting, and planning for recovery.
5. Assign tasks to Surveyors, Supervisors, Safety engineers, and Draftsmen
6. Strategized difficult erection (lifting) and bulk-concreting activities
7. Perform civil & structure design of box tunnel extension, 18m high retaining wall, 2- nos. 2 Mega-Watts substation and site development.
8. Plan, lead, and oversee the commissioning activities up to plant start-up
9. Authorized permit-issuer by Maaden Phosphate Co.- North Region, Jalamid site.

Role & Responsibilities:
1. Oversee and supervise the estimation team and procurement teams

• Prepares annual budget calculation for the civil and maintenance works
4. Facilitate PMO meetings and update the dashboard in the shared network system
5. Conduct site investigation and formulate the finest solution
6. Provides technical advice to clients for management’s decision-making
As the senior engineer, lead the construction and completion of the following projects:
SNFN Project (Mobily & ITC): Construction of Equipment and Office building
• Saudi Electric Co., Sudair-Riyadh Power Plant: Construction of GIS Building, Foundation and Erection of 380KV and 132KV Sub-station building
• ARAMCO Khurais: Crude Oil tank Mechanical & erection scope.
Serve as management consultant in civil engineering matters for the Project Management Office of SNFN Civil Works Project
Role & Responsibilities:
1. Monitor and review contractors' program dashboards including, project progress, and deviations in schedule and highlight possible delays and escalate to the Project Management Team. 2. Performs project control audits such as:
